装修贷款利息计算
装修贷款利息通常采用两种计算方法:
- 等额本息还款法:在贷款期限内,按月偿还相同数额的还款额,包含利息和本金。利息计算公式为:
利息 = 贷款余额 x 利率 / 12
- 等额本金还款法:每月偿还相同数额的本金,加上该部分本金所产生的利息。利息计算公式为:
利息 = (贷款余额 - 已还本金) x 利率 / 12
